As a Community Action Agency, TRI-CAP is part of America’s largest poverty fighting network. TRI-CAP is an independent, non-profit organization that provides valuable services and assistance to individuals and families, most of whom are low-income.
TRI-CAP empowers people in our community to accept responsibility for achieving personal and economic well being by providing health, housing, and educational services.
