What is RSVP?
TRI-CAP RSVP is federally funded as a Senior Corps program under the Corporation for National and Community Service. RSVP is America’s largest volunteer network for people 55 and over who want to give back to their communities through rewarding and significant service activities. Join RSVP and you join nearly 500,000 volunteers across the country that are using their lifetime of experiences, skills and talents to impact community needs. Personally and as a group, retired and senior volunteers find satisfaction in their valuable and life-changing service that strengthens the communities they love.
When you volunteer, you’re not just helping others, you’re helping yourself! Volunteering leads to self-satisfaction, new friends and new activities. Studies show that volunteering can promote a healthier and more positive outlook on life. Live healthy today for a healthier tomorrow!
