State of Indiana – Find a Navigator

To work with a Certified Healthcare Insurance Navigator, click on the link above and search for a navigator by county. You may work with a navigator in any county in Indiana.

Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA)

Information on Health Navigation Services can also be obtained at the link above or by visiting the FSSA (Family and Social Services Administration) office closest to you.  FSSA offices oversee Medicaid health coverage programs including the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP), Hoosier Care Connect, Hoosier Healthwise, MED Works, and HoosierRX.
